Terms & Conditions

A) Regular Enrollment — Terms & Conditions

Validity: Valid for enrollments received between November 1st, 2025 and the end of the 2026 camp season.

1) Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee applies to all participants, including Adults, Teens, and Children. $100 (50% of the registration fee) is collected upon registration and is non-refundable for any reason, even if you do not attend our camp.

2) Enrollment and Payment Process

After submitting your registration form, our Enrollment Team will review the details and address any questions or concerns. They will assist you in finalizing your camp arrangements and subsequently send you a final invoice and confirmation along with a deposit payment link.

3) Payment Schedule

Upon receipt of your confirmation and payment link, you are required to make an initial payment equal to 50% of the total camp price, minus the $100 per student registration fee. The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks prior to your camp's start date. This first payment must be made upon receipt of your confirmation and payment link to guarantee your child's spot.

4) Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your camp reservation before the final payment deadline (8 weeks prior to your camp's start date), a non-refundable fee of $200 per student will apply, and the balance of your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of notification.

Between the final payment deadline and your camp's start date:

If your program has been paid in full (100%), Explornatura will refund 50% of the total amount received, minus the $200 non-refundable fee per student.

If your program has not been paid in full by this time, no refund applies because only the initial 50% has been paid, which is non-refundable under this window.

Once your camp has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance to safeguard your investment.

5) Additional Services

Please note that any other services provided by Explornatura, such as Airport pick-up, lodging, surf lessons, transportation, tours, activities, sitter services, food preparation, or custom vacation arrangements, will be invoiced and billed separately from the camp. These services may have distinct cancellation policies and procedures, which will be provided as needed.

6) Change Fees Policy

Camp, Program and Lodging Change Policy. For the Family Spanish camp there is a $100/family fee. For our Teen Spanish Camps, there is a $50/student fee. For our Adult Spanish Programs, there is a $25/student change fee. Change fees apply to changes in camp dates, program selection, and lodging dates, and may apply to other changes as needed. All changes are subject to availability. Change fees are charged at the time of the change and if you end up canceling your program, camp, lodging or services with us, these change fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

B) Early Bird — Terms & Conditions

Validity: Valid for enrollments received from August 15th, 2025 through October 31st, 2025.

3) Payment Schedule for Early Bird

Upon receipt of your confirmation and payment link, you are required to make an initial payment equal to 25% of the total camp price, minus the $100 per student registration fee, to guarantee your child's spot and Early Bird promotional benefits. The deadline for the first 25% payment is October 31, and the deadline for the second 25% payment is December 31. Failure to meet these payment dates will result in the loss of Early Bird benefits. The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks prior to your camp's start date.

4) Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your camp reservation before the final payment deadline (8 weeks before the start of the camp), a non-refundable fee of $200 per student will apply, and the balance of your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of notification.

Early Bird Discount Exception: For families who have enrolled in the program with an Early Bird Discount, no change fee will be applied if they change the enrollment date.
